Once you are ready to sign up for camp, you can click here to register online.   You can pay in full today, or pay a $25 (non-refundable) deposit.  Paying in full is easiest as it keeps our administrative costs down and saves you time.  

2012 Tuition (by Age Group)

Peapods: 4yrs-Kindergarten
Half-day program (plus lunchtime) - 8:30am-12:30pm
Tuition: $195 per week

Seedlings: Entering Kindergarten-Grade 2
Full-day program - 8:30am-3:00pm
Tuition: $225 per week 

Farm Kids: Entering Grades 3-5
Full-day program - 8:30am-3:00pm
Tuition: $230 per week

Farmward Bound: Entering Grades 6-9
Full-day program - 8:30am-3:00pm
Tuition: $280 per week    

Junior Counselors: Ages 15 to 17
Full-day program - 8:30am-3:00pm
Two-week minimum
Tuition: N/A (Volunteer Experience)

Extended Care
We are happy to offer Before and After Care for parents whose work schedule won't allow for the 8:15 - 8:30am drop off and/or 3:00pm pick up.  
  • Before Care is from 7:30am to 8:30am and costs $15 per week.
  • After Care is from 3pm to 5pm, and costs $25 per week.  

Discounts
Wolfe's Neck Farm offers several different discounts that apply towards Summer Camp
  • Membership Discount: A one-time $25 discount is offered to all Friends of the Farm. Please note that this can only be used one time, for one child, for one week of camp. 
  • Earlybird Discount: Register for Summer Camp before Feburary 29th, and receive 5% off each week of camp
  • Multi-Discount: A 5% discount is offered for families registering one child for multiple weeks - OR - for families enrolling more than one child (cannot be combined)

Scholarships
We are lucky enough to be able to provide several need-based scholarships for campers.  If interested, please download our Scholarship Application.  If you wish to donate to the scholarship fund, please call us at 207-865-4469. Thank you!

Payment Policy
  • In order to keep our price and administrative costs down payment at time of registration is preferred.  A non-refundable $25.00 deposit is due per camper, per week at time of registration, and will be applied towards camp cost.
  • Full payment is due by June 1st or at the time of registration if after June 1st.  We reserve the right to cancel camp reservations not paid after June 1st.
  • Refunds are given for cancellations up to two weeks prior to start of camp, less $25 deposit.  Refunds for cancellations less than two weeks prior to the start of camp will be at the discretion of the Education Director.
  • Tuition will not be refunded for campers who leave camp for behavioral reasons.
