Community Gardening in Our Backyard

Wolfe's Neck Farm operates a Freeport Community Garden here on our land.  If your backyard is too small for a garden, plant your crops in our backyard.  Community gardening is a great way to grow your own food, interact with other gardeners and enjoy the natural beauty of Wolfe's Neck Farm. Plots are 12 feet by 12 feet and cost $30/members $40/nonmembers for the Memorial Day through Halloween growing season.  Please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Our community gardeners are encouraged to participate in the "Plant a Row for the Hungry" program.  To do so, simply donate some of the food you cultivate to a local food pantry.  We take ours to Freeport Community Services.
